Please contact us before returning any item to ensure your item is eligible for return. Once your return is deemed eligible, return your item to: 5503 Sharon Terrace, Jacksonville, FL 32207. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Regular orders are shipped out within 3-7 business days after it is received. If for some reason your order will be shipped outside of the timeframe given you will receive an email with an explanation and options on moving forward will be provided.

Wholesale orders are shipped out within 7-14 business days after it is received. If for some reason your order will be shipped outside of the timeframe given you will receive an email with an explanation and options on moving forward will be provided.

Custom orders timeframe differs depending on what is ordered. Please be understanding of the time it takes to create custom items. At any time during the waiting period please feel free to reach out to us and request an ETA and one will be provided to you.

In an effort to save trees and to cut down on shipping costs for our customers - FOOTWEAR IS SHIPPED OUT WITHOUT THE BOX and will arrive in a shoe bag that is reusable.

Domestic Orders

Tracking numbers are sent out when orders have been mailed to you and once, they have been scanned into the US Post Office, we are no longer responsible for that order. Please feel free to contact the US Post Office to inquire on any orders that are not received or that may be delayed. Just provide your tracking number to the representative and they can assist you. We will NOT provide refunds/store credits for these orders. Simply because this is NOT our fault OR our responsibility. We did our part. Thank you for understanding.

International Orders
