Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days and only a store credit is offered. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept item(s) that appear worn, washed, ironed, or contain odors like perfume, cologne, tobacco. Footwear must be unworn to be eligible for return.
To ensure the quality of our products and due to health concerns, we cannot accept returns on fragrance oils, soaps, body butters, lip scrubs, lip glosses, lip oils, hand sanitizers, shampoos, conditioners, bath bombs, body scrubs, lotions, body washes, eyelashes, makeup, after shaves, after shave balms or beard oils. This is normal industry practice as well as Florida Health Law. ** NO EXCEPTIONS **

Gift Cards are non-refundable/exchangeable.
Please do not send your purchase back to us before contacting us first.
There are certain situations where only partial store credits are granted. If applicable, you will be informed once your return has been reviewed.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be considered a return and no store credit will be issued.
Store Credit (if applicable)
If you need to return an item, send us an email at piecesofprincess@yahoo.com explaining the reason for the return and after confirmation send your item to: 5503 Sharon Terrace, Jacksonville, FL 32207.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing store credits (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a store credit email after 5 business days, please check your spam email folder. If still no email, please contact us at piecesofprincess@yahoo.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be store credited, unfortunately sale items cannot be store credited.
Exchanges
WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES. We only process store credits for approved returned items if they are defective or damaged via shipping or by PoP! If you have questions, send us an email at piecesofprincess@yahoo.com BEFORE returning your item. Footwear is ineligible for exchange. ** NO EXCEPTIONS **
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he/she can inquire about your return.
